| my water doesnthave a strong smell of chlorine but I dump mine straight into my dwc buckets

... Throw in an airstone for 24 hours and this seems ti rid the res of chlorine. And unless you are using swimming pool water the affects should be minimal... JG

| I like to leave my tap H2O sit for at least two days to get the clorine out. Since I use the water for an aquarium, too, this is definitely a necessity. But, I've got to tell you...the plants really like that aquarium water!!... Nelson JG...you seem pretty happy about the Cubs win last night...is this the year?? I was soooooooooooo happy the Sox made/won the Series last year. Good luck to the Cubbies!!

| The plants didnt like the water at first, but they recovered in a few days no problem.  And damn the cubs. Was trying to watch Family guy last night when it was interrupted by "A Special News Report" that was all about the cubs. It was on practically every channel too. What crap. | ||
