Is anyone doing hempys on a SOG method? I am trying to figure out if I can go with a smaller bucket then the standard 2-3 gallon variety?? I plan to send rooted clones immediately to flower for 8 weeks. Thanks Jim | ||

jim2248--If doing a sog grow, I'd imagine 1 gallon would be overkill even. Just remember the smaller the bucket you use, the more often it needs to be watered. Happy Growing Alleycat

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I've used the 32 oz cups before. I'm finishing up a run now with 1 gallon hex containers, I think they are the most efficient size I've tried so far, but I used the 32 oz for a seed run, I wasn't going for size. If you have time, my journal link is in my sig, check it out.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I used 2" on the one gallon, but 1 3/4" on the 32 oz. Just scaled it a little, probably not critical, worked well for me. As Alley said, the only drawback on the little ones is frequent watering.
