![]() ![]() | Waterlogged? You do have a 1/2" hole in the side of the bucket, don't you? In the 2 gal bucket it should be 1" from the bottom. In the 5 gal bucket, it should be 1 1/2"- to 2" from the bottom. I personally have tried 100% to 60% perlite buckets. I found that it doesn't give the girl enough support when she gets bigger...they tend to tip over, unless you have yard or something helping hold her up..cheers

![]() | I've been growing in hempys for the last ~6 months, and my water is around 600-700ppm and 7.5 ph before nutes. I had many pH and nutrient lockout issues in soil, but in hempys it went great (didn't flush them once), so I don't think that caused the female to die. I did notice they dry out very fast, and there were times I had to water daily or they would start to wilt. | ||
