| Hello, I need help my 4x4 rockwool cubes are turning green and the starter cubes I got inside the 4x4 rw cubes is a real dark green it is almost black. What does this mean. Does it mean I am over ferltiling. I am only using Oliva solution the ppm is 410 and P.h. 6.3. My plants are 3 and half weeks old and seem to be fine but I am justing making sure everything is alright. Please comment if I am devolping a problem. Thanks in advance Bud | ||

| LB: It's normal for the cubes to turn green(prime environment for algae). The plants won't be hurt by it so don't be worried. You might want to switch over to a similiar concentration of complete liquid veggie formula. Just to give them all the nutrients they need. p.s. In response to you previous post- you might want to raise that lamp up a little more like to 24in above the tops. It may be a little to close to the little ones. Don't want to get em' to close-they will dry out.Good luck-Sketchy | ||

| What do you mean by the plant would dry out and if it do how would I know it dryed out. All the new growth on my plants are lime green. I am growing Skunk#1 and it look just like skunk. I put my nose close to it, and it was smelling. I think I am doing a good job but I am a first time grower so I am not sure at times. If I am doing rigt so far let me know thanks in advance Peace!!
