Couple of questions about a layer of algae atop my rockwool 4x4 cube. Is there a way to rid the cube of it without removal of the plant? Is it harmful to the health of the plant? Is it harmful to the purity of my SMOKE? :P dont want to hurt that Is there any algae avoidance solutions to prep rockwool with? I know you can just put something reflective over the top.. but i dont want to do that around the root structure/feeding zone of my plant....

Relax, algea is not a problem. If you're really concerned about the slight competition for nutrients, scrape off the algea and deprive the area of light.
