![]() | hey droogie, you probably have your question answered. But what the hell. I have had great success with General Hydroponics fertilizers. You can pretty much throw away your pH gear with these, they do a good job with their buffers. If you want to try organic, there is a company called Growing Solutions that manufactures organic tea brewers. It is more for commercial growing, but the idea can be put to use. Contact them about how to make the tea, I don't have the time to type it up. http://www.growingsolutions.com

![]() | What I would like to know is how do u do this bubbling bucket sysytem. I always grew outdoors, and the onlehydro sysyem i ever used was 8inch pots with clay balls, and flock mixed equally, and hand watered every day. I am about to but a flood and drain table this week, and give that way a wirl, but I am very interested inthis idea of just using a bucket of wayer and an air pump. Do you fill the bucket right to the top with water? or do u leave the water a little lower than the basket with the medium u used to sprout or clone, supposedly hand watering, untill the roots grow down into the water? If anyone here knows, could u fill me in a bit, as it sounds to good to be true, i have heard of amazing resluts this way. Thanks all. rob

![]() | High there Robyoung........ Bubblers are very easy to use, all you need to do is set the water level 1/2" below the net pot and place the airstone in the bottom of the bucket... Your plant should sit 1" above the bottom of the net pot resting on a layer of clay balls, then fill the rest of the pot with balls all the way to the top. Its very important that no light gets in anywhere.. This method works best with clones started in rock wool. Bubblers use a weaker nute solution than regular hydro methods as roots are constantly feeding. The air pump is left on 24/7, and thats basically it.... peace g.s.
