I was wondering the pros and cons of transplanting a 3 week old plant from soil (under HPS) into a complete hydro system. Would the plant take kindly to this or is it simply not worth it? Any input appreciated ;-)

the tap root is probably way down in the dirt and the secondary roots are taking hold. A week, ten days - maybe - you could dig her up, clean her off and get her into a hydro system without much damage being done. Three weeks may be too long. Have you considered growing the three out a bit more then taking clones from them for the hydro? Good growing grower! db

![]() | "Have you considered growing the three out a bit more then taking clones from them for the hydro?" That was my original plan. I was just thinking if it was in the best interest of the plants I would go ahead and o it. But seems as though it could be a bit risky. So I will leave it and take clones when it's time. Thanks drumbucket
