Flowering in RapidRooters w/ No GroRox/NetPots??
permalink

I'm about to start my first grow sometime in the next few weeks - already have received some good answers to other questions of mine.

I was wondering if, using a typical DWC Rubbermaid Bubbler, it is possible to go through an entire grow from seed to harvest using only RapidRooter plugs without any GroRox or net pots?? I would like to simply suspend the RapidRooter plugs in the lid of the Rubbermaid Tote like Agent86 did in his Bubbler Cloner in the picture attached below.

If its not possible to go from seed to bud using no GroRox/Net Pots, would it be possible to do a true SOG in only the RapidRooter plugs....meaning as soon as the clones develop roots out of the plug begin to flower them for 8 weeks and harvest in only the plugs with no GroRox/NetPots??

What about weight? Can those toothpicks hold up a 24" cola?

That's the only problem I see.

Hey derrick Im about to start my first aeroponic ScrOG grow sometime near now and Im too very interested in media-less growing. That guys stealth scrog thread on Edge forums left me broody.

As you can see he suspended his clones in foam rubber. And its bubbler grow too.
And since I there are no hydroponic equipments in my country, I'll just use PVC tubes instead of netpots.. don know if this is a good idea but cant think of anything wrong..

The plant is impacted in within the foam rubber but not much and since im going ScrOG so the most weight of the plant goes on the screen/chickenwire.
Does it make sense? Am I right guys?

I didnt understand from the pic how Agent86 suspended his plants though :newkind:
