Hey all, First post here. The site is great and I've learned a ton over the past couple of weeks, so ..thanks. I have been looking at the different types of rubbermaid systems that are sold on ebay and the different techniques that are unique to each system. With aero's using a sprayed mist to introduce oxygen to the roots, a drip system pulling air down through the roots, and pretty much every system using an air pump with stones, could someone make a grow chamber that uses all three ideas? And how much better would it be? Another question... has anyone seen any good stealth systems around here? Any input would be great. Keep 'em high, Jeffro | ||

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | first, Welcome ![]() second, have you ever grown before? If not, I'd recommend setting up your grow site and doing one set of plants in soil first. There are so many kinks to work out in your op (germination, lights, heat, smell control, etc.) starting out with hydro first could be a lot to handle. The combination of systems is unecessary. My sense is that you'd spend a lot of money building duplicate systems that don't add any benefit. Aero uses one technology to solve two problems - nute delivery to roots and aeration of solution. It's the best way to go if you want to fuss with the filters and sprayers.
