Choosing SoG Hydro System Veg+Flower Central Res
permalink

I've put much thought into this and have narrowed it down to Ebb and Flow (something like this http://www.hydroponics.net/c/249) and Recirculating DWC (something like this http://www.hydroponics.net/items/details/multiflow.asp)

I will explain my growing conditions and what I want to expect and how much time I want to put in.

I will grow in a cab from Lowes (c22 or something similar) so expect roughly 2'x4' floor area to work with.

Flower chamber on the bottom, mother/clone/veg on top.

I want this thing centrally managed. Meaning a single reservoir for both chambers so I only have to adjust pH and nutes at the res. I want this because I will eventually make this thing fully automated using growtronix. And, managing 2 res's vs. 1 is a huge cost difference. (~$500)

Strain will be White Widow, maybe some others. I will do it SoG style, but I need to start from seed first so keep that in mind. I want to maximize this cabinet to produce the highest yield I can achieve.

Input is greatly appreciated.

1 res is near impossible considering you want to run veg plants and clones off the same res. If you only want one res I'd hand water rockwool for vegging and clones and then use a res only for the flowering system.

Anyways a multiflow or nft system is probably the easiest and least work.
