| hehehe maybe i just had perfect conditions to get females before and the bananas tipped my scales over. 80-90% females before the induction of bananas into my system. | ||

| Question... Has anyone had problems with your plants catching some kind of narlyness due to the bananas being so close that they touch the plant? looks like this

| IMO guys, some of you are getting negative results, not because of the bananas but of the conditions of your grow rooms. If, some of the best breeders and professional growers are using them they must know something more than us amateurs. I think you should question the environment you're keeping your plants in, and the stress factors you are creating. It's kind impossible for fruits to turn plants in to males. Period. | ||

You have got to be kidding me. How much does that thing cost, and will it save money compared to growing out a few plants for ~6 weeks, some of which might OMG actually turn out to be males?  If you want guaranteed females, may I suggest cloning?  penguin | ||

But when I put down 100 plants from seed and I need the most in female %'s to establish a mother, yes it will worth it's money. I'm not a young man, I'll like to see my strain in my life time,  and if that little machine can help me speed up things a bit more, yup I do not mind to spend this amount of $$$ to do it.Not for the average home grower though. | |||

| yeah I only see a minute amount of growers investing in something like that piece of equipment. What I would like to see though, is an ethylene puck. Anyone see the CO2 pucks? | I did the banana thing, two out of two plants are female. Plan on continuing with this theory
