![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | So on a celular lever we're infering a premice of cannabis containing Two x's and 1 y chromosome as a seedling, where the third is dropped as the plant matures and it becomes just one sex? The y chromosome's presence prevents the plant from producing any female parts? Ps. i was just standing up for a newb who may have deserved it but was kind of getting smashed on.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hey, all i did was a little fair play un-know about disscussion referenceing reguarding some topics i personally wouldn't really care about, I'm not out here, actually throwing flames or words, i'm not even disrespecting anybody. If a threads about a theory that's ment not to be researched thats liable to hit on sometimes, how do you measure the art of feeling the bonofied vibe of the banana! They have bananas in guatamala shaped like things we've never seen, with who knows what gasses seeping out of it. Personally... I'm afraid of religions But i agree. Thanks for the heads up SiR and ana(0g, its just ethelyene fairwell!

![]() | Hey ppl! One more believer here!!!! My 2nd time growing. I fed the plants only with high nitrogen food, they were all seriously root bound(I didn't do my homework before I planted...), but I tried to have as low temps as possible (Usually bellow 75F) and generally followed the guidelines from duch passion to make more females. I have planted them in different times but flowered them all together. The youngest ones were 4th week when I started 12/12. About a week before I started 12/12 and before most of them showed maturity (showing calyxes that is) I started keeping some banana peels under them.(I like to eat my bannanas! ) ----The aftermath is 4 females and 1 suspected male that I pulled before I was 100% sure what it was. I guess bananas did the trick!!!!! Oh, I've read that some substances that activate the roots and are being used in some poting soils as addidives are feminizing factors as well. My soil had these so it could have played a role in my good results too. ![]() | ||

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Neat to see this thread is still going on. Has anyone come to a conclusion on this theory? I hope people are making some good bread from those bananas. If people wanted to try this theory of ethylene to female ratios without contributing to the global food crisis try this stuff. Sensa-spray http://www.westhydro.com/index.php?p...mart&Itemid=46 I have no experience with it just putting it out there as another method for someone to try.
