Heh, 500 LBS. is a drop in the bucket. Boy that Cop is full of himself. To say, "that a mere loss of 500lbs. of Shwag is going to put a dent into the MJ trade on the eastern seaboard" is a joke. He must meant the eastern seaboard of the USA only!

Taking500lbs off of the market is like dropping a stone in a lake the water level drops momentarily when the stone sinks and drags the water down, but ultimatly they just dropped a stone filling in the lake and the water level rises spilling to the masses.


They have just succesfully made the market more lucrative. All consumers are like sponges they're dry right now and hungry for water and willing to pay. The fish in the next town over with lots of water now profit from moving supply the extra distance. In the end the fish get smarter and harder to catch suply lines are stronger as the fish conect with each other.

3600 a lb is a ridiculous amount for shwag, unless they were calculating the total profit of it being sold in 1gr amounts at street price.

225 an oz or apprx $28 for 3.5gr (1/8th oz).

Yeah, I don't know anyone who'd pay that for "shwag", bet either way, thats quite a lot of MJ.

From the looks of that BIG ASS brick in the article picture, I think it's the latter and they're just trying to make themselves look good

I mean come on... 500 pounds is alot of shit, but it's not guna hurt the market all that bad at all... Like you said, the market will just change for awhile...

Happens all the time. Specially round summer in some parts. Things start to get a little dry for one reason or another, and the market goes up... Just the way it goes...

They'll snag a huge shipment of shwag coming into the ports here every once in a while and it'll be really hard to find shwag or the prices will go up. Not like i care, i buy American , I don't know i had a friend from Missouri, small town and he'd tell me it was nearly impossible to find nug, and they payed 25 an 8th for decent shwag.... That's why he loved it here he could get a half for his 25 bucks...

Decent bud, grown indoor in soil or hydro in Missouri will fetch around 100-120 a quarter. Isn't that rediculous? I haven't paid for bud in over a year.
