What if your not a felon but you are caught in possession of it while committing a felony? I guess it makes a little more sense if you are a felon.

I think growing pot is a felony, so it would probably increase the penalty. Probably the same as if you wore it to go rob a bank which is sad.

It's an out of control Government regulating what Non-lethal equipment you can maintain as a citizen. It's just a vest now, what will it be later? Maybe Gasoline, maybe Black Market water or you owning your own seed stock, seed stock not bought from the state approved seed bank. Sad! think I'm kidding? You may not see it, but your kids and grandkids certainly will see it, and it's because YOU let them chip away at your rights.

It's small, little bites they take.

As a Felon, has this person not already paid his debt to society, once off parole/probation? Is he/she not given a fresh start? I guess not, this Felon pot grower is dangerous. So the Thought Police will regulate this felon for what he/she may do with a vest in the future.

Everyone should own full body armor, an automatic rifle and food stocks. It's your duty as a citizen to make it as hard as possible for your Government to kill you!
