Hi Kcir.  That SUre Sounds like good news to me!  Unless you a maga grower and selling, then you still up S#!t creek.     But it opens up a new can of worms.... Where as before,  Leo had to do a lot of paperwork,Now Leo can stop you in your tracks and start handing out fines  left, right and centre.! An Unstoppable income for the Government.  I wish they would just get on and decriminalize it like they will in the end!! | ||

| Florida isn't going to come around. 2008 looks to be a year of regressive law...stricter, harsher penalties...destruction of property (grow gear) with lower plant limits where stiffer penalties are applied. They mean to knock the 100 plant limit down to 25 for 'kiss your ass good bye' mandatory sentencing. | ||
