NEVER RUN!!! I cannot stress this enough ... co-operation is the key to dealing with law enforcement when they probably have enough evidence to bust you! He ran and the "tripped on a stair" ...  yeah right ... those cops beat him silly for making them chase him. And then they tased him ... dicks!"Officer left holding a baggie" ... my ass ... if they did not *have* the baggie, the foot chase, and subsequent beating would have been police brutality. They stated that were "holding a baggie" so that they would not face repercussions for their obviously excessive force. I think Arizona has grass stamps too? Rick? Maven
