I'm a big supporter of Eddy Lepp and Jack Herer, but lets face it, he had 32,000 plants. Even under Californias relaxed laws he would have a tough time defending that. I hope he doesn't have to spend any more time in jail than he has to, but him saying he was railroad is just absurd. 24,000 of the plants were visible from a state highway. If I had 32,000 plants, I would also have enough cash stashed away that I would flee the country the first chance I got. And if it's true that his church was growing the stash on his land, then they should be the ones stepping up and taking responsibility and maybe even helping him financially with his defense and or his escape.

I know Eddy.

Hes a smart guy who stands up for what he thinks is right.

If every one did that, Your government wouldnt be able to make most of the growers in the US live in fear there whole lifes.

If we all had balls that big the world would be a better place.

1 out of every 99 people in the U.S.A. are in prison.You make a person a felon then they can't vote they cant change any thing.

So if you get caught growing in the usa you lose your right to try and change the law for the better.

So dont you think Thats pretty sly of them to take away your right's like that.

torch, I'm sure he has the $$$ and the opportunity to "escape", but maybe he stuck around cause he is fighting for his & our rights to grow.
How many plants is irrelevant, the right to grow is.
So yes, another one bites the political dust in the fight against BS prohibitions.
I think every single supporter of mj legalization should drive around US and throw seeds every where, let's fill this country with lovely cannabis plants.

Thats the best idea I've heard in a long time. Seriously. We need to organize. Every one seeds one plant fully. you go around your city or metroplex with thousands of germed seeds. Protest the prohibition with in a way that wont go unseen. If everyone on the board did this at the same time, and 25+ of the major cities in the U.S start having an outbreak of mj plants all over in plain sight (flowerbeds in front of corporate resteraunts, highway medians, open fields) the presence of our secret society would be known. Its non-violent, and live green picket signs would be a fuck load more effective and provocative than white board nailed to wood with a stupid "clever" phrase written on it in marker.

I know exactly where to plant mine, the deer will mostly get to them before anyone else....lol
we have a lot of great guerilla growers right here on GC and they have great stories and ideas. It really easy to get caught, so you just have to plant them and forget them, and hope some lucky stoner stumbles on to them
