dont you love how the cops insist they are just enforcing the law, and they have no choice but to uphold it UNLESS the law gives someone the legal right to do something that the piggies view in a negative light.

this is a retired government man. god knows his pain could easily have come from defending this nation, giving his life and body literally to uphold our freedoms and this is how we repay him. by trampling his rights, destroying his property and taking the medicine he uses to have some quality of life.

he even states weed doesnt get rid of ALL the pain. but its gives him enough relief to live. i think thats a very courageous and moral/ethical use of the drug. why are the piggies enforcing there moral opinion on law abiding citizens of this country.

its sad he can legally and easily destroy his life, his mind and his body taking dozens of highly toxic pain pills. these pills get into the hands of our kids every day, theres little to no control over them and dont for second believe they arent engineered to be addictive.

i dont know about you but its alot easier to tell a kid is smoking pot than it is to tell he is popping pills that he is stealing out of your and someone elses medicine cabinet.

long rant short.... we in this country have the RIGHT to purse a quality of life. no one has any goddamned business telling us what we can or cannot put in our bodies. this whoe country is turning into a police state over a plant that grows naturally, needs no processing or chemical alterations to be administered.

god made herb.

the man made chemical pain relievers.

who do you trust?

Is this guy for real??? I know for a fact that WOW (world of warcraft) has caused more suicides and lose of jobs then weed. Just look it up in Wika and other articles. That game is not right.
People by nature are stupid by what they put into there bodies. Its the majority that must be looked at. Not Cases like this to be viewed as a whole. for fuck sake. If it were legal... It would be regulated better as in not buying it off the streets feeling like a junkie calling you your dealer. Go bitch up a storm about cigarettes and how they cause so much pain and suffering with in families of lost loved ones.

And another fucking thing!!! If weed where legal. You would get it from the store and would not be viewed as a gate way drug just for the first simple fact that you are not getting it off the streets from the dealers that sell more then just weed. This would make it so much harder for you to try new drugs. And if it were legal, you would not see yourself breaking the law and still being a good citizen of this great country.

Gateway drug my ass.

Alcohol was a gateway drug until they started bottling it and putting it in stores after prohibition.

Im done with this rant.

I won't comment on the one post banned comment there, being banned after only one post aught to tell you something.

Ok, I get this paper, and had read the articles they had with this, might all be here, but didn't re-read this again, sorry.

So this does come across as being asses to the caregivers in the state, but what it did state, was that 3 of these people are getting ready to sue the state for $5200.00 per plant that has been confiscated.

That is gonna be upwards of $500.000 for some of them too. The first one of them won in court, and I'd bet they really start making sure if they take a caregivers plants, that they warrant being taken, and don't have to worry about getting sued for tons of money.

If these people end up getting that type of money, it's seriously crossed my mind to call myself in for being a caregiver, if they want to come take my plants, and less than a year later I get $5200 per plant.

The guy in the article is growing 7ft tall plants, so lb per plant is very possible, but most that have been taken, are scrogging, and hundreds of smaller plants, that wouldn't push 1/4 of that weight for how they are grown, but can sue as if they all are lb plants.

I like seeing articles like this in the paper, brings into perspective to those that don't know what's going on in the medical marijuana world.

Some of the pain meds this guy came off, were the same ones I got off of too, with the help of marijuana too.

Happy Reading
