  | Nah, cops can do what the hell they want to do. Hell, I have an article about a guy who was aquitted of charges by a jury of possession with intent to distribute and is having to sue the DA to this very day to get his money and property they took from him before he was even found guilty. And now hes innocent and they still wont give it back. DEA and Metro Narcotics are the most powerful branches behind the IRS in this country, and I would say has more power than the IRS. But what bothers me is if they did only user FLIR to detect the lights, how sensitive it must be. Because from what I can tell in the video, those lights didnt even look 400 watts to me, though they may have been, but definately didnt look 1000k. So, damn, if flir can detect two little lights like that, we're in trouble

| I think this honestly might be the end of Barry... I think they'll expose everything on him his fam, friends, etc. He'll get the Marc Emery treatment. The world does need people like him. I'd like to see a copy cat. Force LEO to change their rules (or at least follow them correctly!). These are tense times. The smoker may have won this battle... we'll have to see how this changes the war... -GT

| Ya know what, i was watching the interview with the news, and as I understand it, the warrent was due to a CI. They had been waiting for 6 Months!!! I think Barry MIGHT have given up waiting... and maybe somehow baited the police to get his footage... Perhaps one of his friends was the CI. I don't know how else they would have got wind of the situation...  -GT

| Oh I really hope this reaches the national tide level so others (that is those who don't visit this site) will be forced/have a chance to see how easily anyone's rights can be violated by these 'police state' like tactics. I was always skeptical about Barry myself, as I've read others have been too. But a big thanks is in order I do believe.  | ||
