One pound annually? maybe if you are good at revegging.... pound sells for a $1000.......Where is this?  Seriously though, what a bummer to get hosed like that, you can be a security freak but if your gear is questionable, a fire breaks out and you are done. Keep eqiupment up to date and go through it once in awhile. A clean grow room is a safe one! Be Safe!
