I can see both sides.

he willingly admitted to the mistake of getting caught for it in public. that is a mistake in a land where it is illegal, for or against. especially a man of his image, knowing what on the line. he doesn't care that he smokes pot, and that's what matters. he was swimming and doing his thing the next day, and never apologized for smoking, or tryed to make any lame excuse. just said, I understand why they punish me. we all understand why they punish him, whether we agree with it or not

what you claim to please the people that are prosecuting you doesn't matter, they shouldn't be prosecuting you in the first place. claim whatever you like, just dont' let them change you

that's what I hear when I listen to bob anyway. after all, he did shoot the sheriff.
