Even if weed smoke was that damaging (5x that of tobacco) it doesnt matter because tobacco smokers smoke 5x as much as a pothead does anyday. I know 3-4 joints in a day would be a heavy day of smoking for me, but 20 ciggarettes for a chain smoker? Nooooo problemo.

C.smoke really is damaging to your dna and we should all vapourise or eat it.

well... ive smoked since 18 *cigs since 15, only smoke now mixed with mj and last 3-4 years *cant remember really* ive just lain in bed for the most part, no exercise beyond walking to the store *only last year a kilometer off, usually 100 m or so*

and just for the heck of it *lol ok it was almost storeclosing time and i was out of cigs and the next shop is 3 km off *

i ran the entire way there and my lungs are fine *slightly out of breath for 5 mins*

and actually ran back just for the heck of it *ok ok , i bought pizza too and i didnt want it cold*

and felt that less.

i smoke everyday all day, as much as i need *which is usually as much as i can*
but cigarettes for last 3 years more and more only mixed with mj, before that pack a day *most 2-3 packs*

and the only exercise ive done since school, was a bunch of manual labour between 18-24.
