Sorry if this is already posted. I didn't see it anywhere when I searched: Hawaii Reporter: Hawaii Reporter "As anticipated, Gov. Linda Lingle vetoed legislation this week that called on state lawmakers to study review guidelines and practices pertaining to Hawaii's nearly 10-year-old medicinal marijuana program...." This really pertains to the dispensary issue. In hawaii, dispensaries may be interpreted as illegal cause a caretaker can only be a caretaker for one person at any time. They shut down the major dispensary and in Maui a few months back and are charging all with distribution/cultivation. Lingle continues to insist that medical marijuana is against federal law and she is going to veto any and all legislation as attempts to circumvent federal law. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() YOU'RE A **&*^ | ||
