 | Stogner died from severe coronary artery disease, an enlarged heart, and a fracture of the hyoid bone in his neck. Dr. Ron Coe says the fracture may be due to force being applied to that area. so it was a broken neck sorta

| it matters not what the cop was trying to do. ANY other person in this exact same situation would be looking at 20-life for in the very least manslaughter. cops can kiss my ass. | ||
