| i found the affidavit filed for the defendant by his lawyer. unfortunately there is no mention of the cop that planted the weed was charged with possession. http://www.putnampit.com/ferrell_lawsuit.pdf gonna keep hounding this story..... why you may ask..... because if more citizens demanded repercussions on a larger scale police corruption would stop in its tracks. plus i feel as a 'human being' its my duty to support the innocent. | ||

| This shit absolutely sickens me. I hate most cops, cannot fucking stand them. I know there are some good ones, but it sure seems like more of them are bad to the core. I've been personally harassed twice on my own property!! Both times by the county mounties. Once for watching them and taking pictures while they took my crazy neighbors guns away after he threatened suicide. I was about 75 feet from them, but they didn't like me taking photos, seriously threatened to arrest me for "impeding an investigation" or something like that. They wouldn't even listen to me, I was trying to document my neighbor's craziness, it had almost nothing to do with the po po. (po po sounds so silly, I love it!) Second time was also stupid, will spare you the tale. Both times I was left furious and frustrated. I wanted to make a citizen's complaint about the cops who harassed me, but thought better of it. If I did that, I would then have a couple of cops who were my personal enemies. They could make my life hell if they chose to, and probably would. How totally wrong is that? I'm afraid to complain about a public servant for fear of retaliation. Land of the Free, My Ass! Those guys are overgrown playground bullies with guns and badges. Which brings me to one of my pet theories. The power that goes along with being a cop attracts a lot of the wrong kind of people to the job. I'd say for every One cop who honestly wants to "serve and protect" there are at least Five who really just want to throw their weight around and have power over regular citizens. I'd bet you'd find a ton of cops who were schoolyard bullies growing up and who do the job so they can push adults around, just like they used to push around smaller & weaker kids. Geez, got myself all worked up and pissed off now!  Good time to smoke a bowl or two and relax.

You that say this sickins you, none of this measures up to Terror On Highway 59. I dont have a link but look it up if you really want ta jump back in time and see some of the injustices.
