| Dang what a trip..some people are way out there. I sure hope the government is leaning more toward legalization...I think they are, but the other side won't go without a fight.....amazing to see so many still battle us 420 people with such bs.

| They do have a drug problem. I believe he may be mistakenly referring to china, which also has a drug problem but has some of the most brutal drug laws in the world. Of course, they mainly solved their drug problem in the 1800's at the end of the opium wars and at the beginning of their own communist revolution by dragging indivduals and whole families of opium smokers outside....and executing them. Mercilessly. All because they smoked opium and violated the law. And guess what? People there are still smoking opium today And weed And snorting cocaine All that death and loss and sadness,, for nothing. And this small minded rat has the audacity and ignorance for ask for that? That isnt even my state but I have a suggestion for him... Why doesn't he move to China?

| If someone stepped up and declared open season on LEO's for target practice his/her civil rights might be taken away for making what is known as a criminal threat. How can someone make a similar threat of enacting a law that would call for the execution of MJ offenders? If a public servant can make people feel in fear for their lives by his actions I believe he should be threatened himself or at the very least have to suffer at the hands of some people who might escape his grasp. Charlie Mansion picked the wrong people, maybe scum like this should have been his target. Point being that killing anyone for any reason, let alone pot, aint right and the person who dreamed up this fabulous idea should have his head on a block with volunteers fighting over who gets to do the executing.

| What I meant to say is that if this ridiculous stuff actually became a law, I would give my blessing to any militia groups or individuals who saw fit to re educate this guy. Maybe send in the Hells Angels. This could be the catalyst some MJ indulging folks would need to get off the grid and restore sanity to the world.

| One thing I think about this 420 war is that MJ has many enimies in many businesses. No telling if they even think such a thing would get a vote...I think it is big business talk'n..I mean does any sane government official think they could pass a law like that these days? I just think it's bs from the MJ war against BIG business. If the opponents in business were smart they would adapt like GM or even better Ford.

| If his son was a stoner that just got busted smoking a blunt, will he enforce his rhetoric's on him too? Or play the political double-stander and hide the whole thing in a far far away clinic.  I was just wondering how will be if someone was trying to force a "law" as this on me.  There was a time, that I was very happy to be living in US, but as the last decade went by, events that occurred there and me living in a tropical island, makes me think, what ever happened to that country that once was the land of the free. Is everyone gone crazy?   .......maybe its the fresh ocean air that cleared my mind or the ak's that I'm smoking, cause I see wrong done and I see people hurt.  | ||
