Forty frickin years and they don't know shit about shit!!!! So there you have it!! The federal gov't keeping "Marijuana" neatly tucked away from the public!!!!! Or so it seems!!! Goll Dang it!!!!!!

| This is good because shortly after Oct 9th we will know whether the Obama Administration is willing to put the "science" of all this in other trusted hands. This is a good test for me to formulate opinions about the man "Obama". Seems like if he doesnt allow other dignified research requests he will be screaming very VERY loudly that its business as usual and at that point my viewpoints on his leadership will come sharply into focus. How I will choose to judge the man at that point will also come sharply into play. If his stance and pushing of overall health care is so important, he shouldnt have a problem with letting other institutions or qualified scientists offer up their His credibility in my mind will be devalued if he doesnt break this monopoly with Univ of Miss.
