| Yeah no doubt the thing about being based in a mmj state. ... and they're close to SoCal.. paypal is a subsidiary of eBay and they're both based in San Jose. It's even scarier that the ceo of this company wants to become the next (republican) guvna.

| I think that the real issue is not about paypal denying NORML's access to their service, which they can probably be sued over because a) their reasoning was false and b) you can not discriminate against a company because their political views are different than your own. Rather, I would like to know who motivated PP to take such an action? In my experience, corporations follow the path of least resistance when it comes to governance. IOW - they will not take an action unless it is easier than taking no action. Therefore someone, or some organization, has brought some influence to bear upon PP, causing then to take this rather poorly-thought-out decision. The question is who? Find out who it was, and put pressure on them. Now I am off to right an rather nasty email to PP, and see if I can find out why they made this decision. Peace.

| One they held $1100 dollars of mine for 6 months because I could not produce receipts showing I purchased the items I sold. Its all in their agreement, they can screw you worse than ANY bank legally can because they are not a bank. | ||
