Some people are stubborn... I have to wonder whether this SOB is being fed $$ under the table by the mex cartel. At least there's going to be guaranteed resistance.. what with LA having hundreds of dispensaries and thousands of patients. I wish them luck in that battle.

The whole Cali thing reminds me of the Civil War.....

Cali sez yes to medical pot, thereby seceding from US policy. L.A. says no to medical MJ, thereby refusing to secede and remain with the majority of US policy.
Obama sez, DEA, back off Cali, man, or I'll de-fund you.

.......so now I wonder, will the DEA secede from the no-California rule, inside of L.A., and bust dispensaries?

California is messed up.
