| Cali lost its mind a while back. it's now a split personality.  Arrest rates don't seem to deter any minor and/or drug crime. Never have, never will.

| ypu. you know, ZoomBoom, in some states they contracted out the prisons outright? as in not a state-run facility at all? Which leads to shitty conditions, and cases of rape, etc, by prison guards. And STILL it's not a deterrent........ So. Legalize/regulate, get the money for the poor addicted suckers who only work to afford getting high. Let the former guards- those that are capable- be security for the dispensaries. Some of them are big and have lots of cash/MJ on hand. Let the investors invest in that, and see if you can make money by not paying $15-$30K a year to lock someone up. Sorry. I'm better now.

Arrest have no Impact on Usage Rates yeah, cause none of us want to admit that it could happen to US.
