I don't know much about this stuff, I've heard about it and an herbal shop in my town sells it. I am tempted to pick some up just to see what the fuss is about. It seems extremely ridiculous, but then again, most things often are.

google jwh-018. Its used in "herbal blends" like spice.

Its a synthetic cannaboid that reacts to the C1 and C2 receptors in the brain with little reaction to the C3. pure form comes in a white powder form.

I have personally smoked some and it gets you incredibly high for an hour and then sees to drop off. My lungs are easily irritated anyway but the powder left me with a cough for the rest of the day that didn't feel natural at all.

Also it doesn't show up on drug tests supposedly. Dose is 5-15 mg and at 100$ a gram it isnt bad, but I wont be buying any just because of the unnatural feeling. It is also more prone to panic attacks etc. if you are already inclined to have them from mj.

Only "use" I could see is the guy on parole who's such an addict he just NEEDS to get high- the kind that will snort Glade air freshener if that's all there is, and he can't fake a drug test with someone watching him piss.

Might as well hit yourself in the head with a hammer, at least that makes you feel weird and has known side effects.

Just putting the facts and my experience out there, not suggesting it to anyone.

Considering it reacts with the cannabinoid receptors and the white powder is "supposed" to be 99% pure, I wouldn't really equate it to addicts huffing glade or hitting yourself with a hammer.

It was developed by a pharmaceutical company trying to take advantage of the medicinal qualities of THC while bypassing the laws around it.
