TAMPA - Police on Monday arrested two men suspected of running a marijuana growing operation out of two houses. Bryan Erwin Pennington, 35, and Christopher Jones, 33, were arrested on suspicion of growing and storing more than 150 marijuana plants in a pair of houses on West Fig Street.
