Wut's the cheapest fan i could use to exhaust a 400W Kool Tube? Fan stats would be much appreciated.

 | 1000w HPS kool tube with ballast bulb reflector wiring etc. all for about $250 bucks!  will post some pics when i assemble it. | ||
