Carminion is beginning to sprout.
2 problems with mirrors

I had a setup where I was using a mirror above a 400W HPS and the result was two fold.
1) the plants got burnt!!~!! uneven distribution of light and focust points of light
2) Well the mirror exploded from the uneven distrabution of heat.

Don't use mirrors, they suck

I will say Mylar is the way to go (or flat white). Added mylar to my area and the plants really seem to love it. I only paid 1.20 linear foot, the sheet was 4 feet wide. Cost was ideal, under 10 bucks for 24 sq foot piece.

I thought the dull/shiny thing on the emergency blankets was just an over active imagination on my part
In any event, I don't have them all setup up with one side or the other facing out in my grow cab because the more I stared at them when I was setting them up, the more trouble I had deciding which side was shinier. It was a profoundly confusing experience. They get dirty pretty quick anyway.
