![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Good evening all, you are sipping the finest and smoking it's equal in the house of the Dr. Thank you for joining me, this should be a lengthy and fruitful journey for all of us. This is my first post, all info greatly appreciated... Room: 6ft x 5ft - perpetual harvest - home made aeroflo setup Lighting: Dual 600w side by side with about a 8in gap, 1.5ft from plants Info: Basically I have 4 home made Aeroflo setups, each setup holds 8 women in two square tubes (4 each), each setup had it's own res, pump, stones, etc. Each setup takes up about 1/4 of the length of the room. I am moving each setup toward the middle two slots as the harvest perpetuates because those slots contain light from both lights. Ok, my question is concerning the space in the middle of the lights where they cross, I'm wondering what my gram to watt ratio should reflect. Meaning, the final set takes up a little over half of the space where the lights are crossed. Should these 8 women yield 600w worth of fruit or 1200w worth or is it somewhere in the middle. The set doesn't take up all of the double lit section so I wouldn't expect 1200w. So I'm really trying to figure out where to move each set as the harvest progresses, wheres the best light? So what's up folks?! I also would love to hear any advice or ideas for others especially those who perpetuate! ![]() | ||

A luxometer would help a lot placing each aeroflo on the best position. But running perpetual, the problem is easier to manage, as you dont need as even lighting as all plants are at the same stage of development: you can use the tables receiving less light for the new plants and those directly below the light or receiving light from both lamps for the most advanced plants. Happy growing
