Half the Light?

Hi,

I recently added a 400 MH for Veg. I moved my 430 HPS to flower room.

The 400 MH seems to put out a lot less light than the HPS. It seems about half to the eye. Is this normal? It also puts out about half the heat.

Am I ok or do I have a problem with my 400MH

The HPS will put out quite a bit more light then the MH. Comparing the lumens, far and away HPS has more (don't have the specs handy). You don't have anything to worry about, your halide sounds fine.
