should dark be interupted?

i heard that if you interupt the dark cycle with 1 hour of light that it will produce more females. is this true, and how will it affect the yield (harvest time and quantity). thanks

Welcome to HempCultivation.Com chelkell.I have never heard anything like that.But if darkness is interupted it could shock your plants back to veg state,also not sure but you could end up with some hermies.On yield and all that,wont really effect that much I think it would slow the hole flowering cycle down.ANyways I hope this helps.peace
