AAAAAAAAA... I just realized my timer screwed up, either the way I set it or something else; anyway my flower room was exposed to 2hrs more light than normal(12/12) for one maybe 2 nights. The girlies are almost finished week 2 of flowering and I'm wondering if anyone has had this experience & what the outcome was? Hope nuthin tooo severe! I've corrected the problem so we shall see ;~}

I would venture to say that if they got 2 days at 14/10 it may have thrown your plants back into a veg state. Simply switch back to 12/12 and keep going.... This is going to extend your flowering period since it was interupted.

Hey thanx lilbuddie,
That was my decided course of action as well.I do notice one of the girlies has about half a dozen male flowers now,which isn't the end of the world if I keep on top of it I guess. Has anyone evr heard of manipulating the photoperiod on purpose in a similiar way for the purpose of increasing bud size? I'm sure I read it at High Times Cultivation Corner or it may the delusional ideas of a chronic??
Thanx again and I'll keep you posted

Sure, I've read posts of people doing just that to increase yeild and bud size. I guess I just like to get the goodies as soon as I can!

Well, it's now 10 days after my timer mishap & all I have to report is that 2 out of 20 developed about a dozen male flowers each which I gently picked off. Knock-on-wood that seems to be the extent of the damage but i'll keep a close eye on it. The rest of the girls look healthy & happy...Yaahoo
Peace
