Hey I know you can get away with CFL's or just regular 4 foot fluorescent bulbs for the vegetative growth. But what would be the cheapest for flowering? I dont really have the $$ for HID or HPS so I was wondering what would get me a decent crop without paying alot of money? | ||

I'd save up for a HPS if I were you. They can be had on ebay for relatively cheap and you'll be much happier with the results.

I have read adjust a wings have the better reflectivity these days, though I know you are short on cash
