Hi all, just wonderin' has anyone used the ballast kit IN THIS LINK? it's a 400 Watt MH, and I need one for vegging. At $40, I figure the only way I could go wrong is to start a fire, just wondering if someone used one, and if so did it last long enough to warrant it? Many Thanks!
