15 to 40 watts...depending on the # of clones. You can get 'em at home depot or revy for around $20 -$30. Look for "warm" bulbs...it'll be marked. The "warm" bulbs put out a better spectrum for vegging plants. I use a 15 watt (with a "warm bulb") that I got from home depot...rooting time is about 10 - 14 days. Hope this helps...
