Where to find ballast for metal halide light from home depot?

Where can I find a ballast for the lights they have at home depot? How much does a ballast run? Metal halide is a better light then say a mercury vapor right?

Open up your phonebook to the yellow pages and look under 'Electrical Suppliers" then call around and find out which one of them will sell to an individual without an account.

Or you could go to lightingcloseout.com or 1000bulbs.com and order a ballast kit from there...

Metal halide is definetly WAY better than mercury vapor

HPS is better than both of those (except for vegging as compared to MH)
