I have 3 plants in my little closet. They are about 3 weeks old and I would like to know how far do I have to put my 2 150 watt incadescent bulb (what distance beetween the plants and the bulb) ? I know incadescent bulb are not the best light but I'm gonna buy a 75 watt HPS. How many HPS light does I need if I only need to keep only 2 plants ? Do I have enough light with a 75 watt HPS for 2 plants ?

will not work out too well..I tried and they didnt bush out,just very tall but i guess if its all you have then its got to work...and to tell how close to keep it try putting your hand at the top of your plant and if your hand burns so will your plant! that 75watt HPS might do ok but you are going to need more light.. it might grow them but more lumens equal better buds and better buds = happy grower if a 75 watt hps is all you can afford then try getting some flo's for side growth and to increase lumens... A 150 watt and some flo's will grow 2 plants good as long as you have mylar or tinfoil or white painted walls all around them(that keeps the light that you have in your grow area)put reflective material around always!! well remember to read as much as you can so you are very preparedgoodluck and keep us posted..

I would like to know exactly which HPS light do I need for my closet with 2 plants into it ? How many watts do I need ? How does it cost ? (for the ballast, the bulb and everything). Does it'll produce too heat (my closet is 2'x3'). Where to get this lamps at the lower price ?

as for cheapest a home depot or a similiar store is your best bet for both floros or hps or you can order them online also but they cost more
