Hortilux Blue ??? Hearing good things

I'm hearing Hortilux Blue is the best bulb on the market at the moment. It's a full spectrum bulb I believe with veg/flower capabilities and enough red/yellow spectrum for good yields. Anyone have any experience or knowledge of this bulb???
