Banana Bread ************ 2 eggs 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup herbal butter 1 cup mashed bananas 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 1/8 cups flour 1/4 nuts chopped optional Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and pour batter into 1 buttered and floured loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Makes 1 loaf

Yeah it's just a regular cup that you use for measuring, nothing tricky with it. I must be missing what the confusion is about. It's what cheese wrote for me. Thanks too cheese. Happy Baking Alleycat | ||

| Bluecheesethat sounds like a VERY tasty canna recipe and will have to go get some butter and bananas asap, do you use super ripe bananas, or is that for zucchini bread  Quote:
