Alright for those of you that like my banana bread you'll love this cannacakes receipe. It's the best when camping, but I also keep some in the freezer for anytime use. 2 eggs 1 cup milk 2 1/2 cups Bisquick 2 tablespoons of brown sugar 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 2 teaspoons of baking powder 1/4 cup ready made canna-vegetable oil 4 big shakes of cinnamon First add the eggs, milk and Bisquick to a bowl and mix. Add the brown sugar, lemon juice, baking powder and the canna vegetable oil, mix well so no chunks are left. Add the 4 shakes from the cinnamon and mix well. I use a gravy spoon to make somewhat uniform cakes. I can fit 4 in a big sized frying pan. Cook until the holes stop disappearing in the middle and are staying, then flip the cannacakes. Cook on other side for about 2 minutes, then test one. I just leave the stove set at medium. I know medium is somewhere between 180-200 f degrees on my stove, so plenty far from the temp of wrecking the THC in the oil of 392 degrees. One batch makes 24 cannackes. 2 of them are the right amount for me, to give me a nice relaxing buzz that will put me to sleep for awhile on occasion.. If stronger ones are desired, you can always use the cannabuter to top them off, and when cooking them you can also cook them with the thc'd oil to add to their potency. Just the normal cannacakes work for me though. Here's a shot of when the receipe was published in TreatingYourself magazine last year. Hope you all enjoy them. Alleycat ![]()

These are still the best way to start a day off. I did add 1 tablespoon of flour to the mix this batch to fluff them up just a little, but I'm also at high elevation. Happy Cooking Alleycat ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Just found this thread, since I haven't been around in awhile... Alley, You have a high tolerance to eating MJ if I understand, right? So if you have to eat two of these, I probably should start with half to one whole one huh? I have eaten brownies before and ate way too much and it wasn't much fun. ![]() Can't believe you got your recipe posted in the mag, that's cool man!

JW---Sorry, been real high, so delayed response here. Yeah if you had a bad trip, only eat one of these. My friends wife is that way, and she can only eat one, and only needs one. Too much for her, and it's no fun at all. Yes I have a high tollerance for just about anything with marijuana, for some weird reason. I know a couple people that have real low ones, and especially coming to eating, to much and people won't and will not enjoy eating thc products. IMHO Thanks for the appreciation of being in the magazine, have to work on some more of those and get myself known and then publish a book for thc cooking. Have a great day JW and great to see you back around these parts for certain. ![]() Bong hit for each of us.Happy Cooking Alleycat
