Ok this one is pushing it as a receipe, but gives you an idea how simple some things can be made into a thc receipe. Well do this with pictures as much as possible. Start with this. The thc butter is already melted in the microwave in this picture using defrost, for 6 minutes total. ![]() I used maybe a 2 tablespoons of the magic butter. This is the amount I first melted, but then doubled this amount when I saw it in melted form. ![]() I put about 3 times that amount of bbq sauce in with it. You can see the melted butter around the outside of the bowl. ![]() I whipped it together, you'll know when it's mixed good, cause the butter will stay around the outside edge of the bowl until it is mixed in good, notice now the outside of the bowl looks like the rest of the sauce. You'll know exactly what I mean when trying this. ![]() Spray the cookie sheet, wash off the chicken, then use a paper towel to dry off the excess water, then use the brush and coat the chicken. I do the underside, and then place it on the cookie sheet, then do the top. ![]() Set the oven at 350 degrees. ![]() Set a timer for 50 minutes. Chicken size pieces vary, so like to check the temp of it at 50 minutes. ![]() Part of the way through cooking, I remembered I liked these spices on it too. Last time I remembered earlier and mixed them right in the sauce mix, like a pinch of each ground up between my fingers. On top of them works too though almost as good. ![]() Make sure your chicken gets cooked. After the initial 50 minutes, I set the timer for another 20 minutes, and it ended up at just under 190, but anywhere close to that is good enough, I usually make sure it's over the 180 for sure. ![]() And the finished THC'd BBQ Baked Chicken ![]() I've had this like 6 times now over the last month, and it's real good. Super easy to make of course, hardly a receipe, the longest thing is the cooking time for this one to live though to get high and feed the munchies. Happy Cooking Alleycat | ||
