incognito weedo Thanks for directing me here with this. This is truly an exquisite flavour combination. I think I forgot to say with the icing that you need to whip it in the electric mixing bowl in my post to you It makes it work really nicely for spreading.

HGG's Chipotle brownies with cream cheese icing.

heat oven to 350 ( I personally use convection oven at 300 and cook an 8x8 pyrex about 50 mins altitude 7200 ft. adding 1 1/2 tsp flour)

In bowl blend 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar; 3/4 cup flour;3/4 tsp ground chipotle chile pepper and 1/4 tsp salt.
In separate bowl set over saucepan ( double boiler) with simmering water; combine 1 cup butter... ( use a mix of regular butter with MJ butter according to your potency and desired effect :mj )
and 4oz unsweetened chocolate chopped. stir 5 mins or until smooth.

Stir chocolate mixture into flour mixture
Add 4 eggs lightly beaten,( yes this is major food also )
and 1 tsp vanilla.
Pour batter into 8x8 pan bake 45 mins. Let cool on wire rack and make frosting

Frosting
In bowl beat together ( Electric mixer is best) 3 tbls butter 7 oz cream cheese at room temperature, 1 tbls milk, 1 cup confectioners sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and 1/4 tsp ground chipotle chili powder. (add either more sugar or milk to adjust consistancy)
Frost brownies cut into squares and enjoy!!!!
