Yep, I’ve had my pinny and marigolds on today…that can only mean one thing…CD has actually ventured into the area known commonly as the kitchen ….hehehehe…just call me Delia Diamond…..or should that be The Naked Stoner? (UK cooks need only titter at that one)

Right then…heres a recipe for ya…..I’ll give you the correct measures for the ingredients (I put a little too much of the jolly green stuff in mine and they were a little too potent as a result )

Ingredients for WW Peach Chocolate Truffles

200g plain chocolate
1 Tablespoon of condensed milk
1 measure (capful) of Peach Schnapps
5-10g of bud or 10-15g of trim leaves
Cocoa powder

This is a very simple recipe that takes no more than 15 minutes to make and will serve 20 truffles of about ½ golf-ball size.

Do not be tempted to put more weed in like I did…you will just end up not tasting anything else….and loose consistency in the truffle.

As well as the listed ingredients, you will need a pan to heat some water in and a bowl to place in the warm water as well as a stirring implement (spoon, fork or whisk).

A spliff is always a good accompaniment to any kitchen-related activity

Place your pan on the stove and put some water in it. Place your bowl into the pan and put your chocolate into the bowl. Allow the water to heat up BUT NOT BOIL…if the water begins to boil, turn down the heat until it has stopped. As the water heats up, the chocolate will melt.

Once the chocolate has melted, add the condensed milk.

Oops….I’ve accidentally poured 10g of ground-up bud into my chocolate mix……doh!!!!!! …hehehhee…once you’ve added your greenery, add in the schnapps (or alternative liquour) and stir really well for 2-3 mins. Then allow to cool for 10 mins.

Once the chocolate gack has cooled down, sprinkle some cocoa powder onto a saucer.

Dip your fingers in the cocoa powder, grab some of the chocolat goo type stuff and roll into a ball….then roll the ball in the cocoa powder to coat.

Place on some grease proof paper on a tray and pop in the fridge to cool and harden.

hehhee….after 30 mins in the fridge, place in a chocolate box and present to your suitably impressed guests.
