Hey man

I realize you're referring to hard copy books, but honestly - I haven't found any topic not covered on this site! Probably coudn't say that for most hardcopy books about growing!

Seriously though, some of the best threads are found in "The Library" (just a collection of really good threads)

Plenty of good readings around here!

I hear that bro!!!! I've read and read all over this site. That’s what makes me lust over the books ie, from the seed companies. But at 25 30 dollars a pop well? I'm confident many of the patrons of this board have read a great many books on the subject? Need not only be books thesis pages, research papers anything.

I bought Rosenthal's guide, Mel Frank's deluxe grower's guide, and Jorge Cervantes Indoor Grower's gude. THey helped me organize my thoughts but the quality of information wasn't any better than what you will find here.

This is the best book you will find: www.hempcultivation.com

If this site doesn't have enough information for you, or you want something a little more scientific check this out: Marijuana botany.

I'm thinking, i can learn eveything i need to know from this site, and a few other net sources. I can contact experienced growers who have had experience with strains and breeders I want to try. I can talk to growers from my location, and learn what works well down this neck of the woods.

What book will give you information on various seeds banks and how to have seeds delivered safely? this one.

I would spend my money on some decent genetics or putting together a good soil mix or hydro setup.

Just my 2 cents.

sure, this site has EVERYTHING you could think to ask about growing MJ
(i myself have only used this site, except for high times .com before i found you guys)

BUT, the more you learn about it the more you wanna read different perspectives on MJ.

so..... maybe not a forum, but a button up top, or a sticky in the forums would work.

just my thoughts on it..................

I respectfully disagree - I think there is quite a bit out there in the horticultural world that would be of benefit to growers of MJ, be it more advanced ideas on climate & soil, training & pruning, pest and nutrient guides, hydroponics, etc. I think it's a great idea. I agree w/ natural - the quality is no better in these books, but it can be more concise and easier to read that wheedling down through 300 posts in a complicated thread. I think we all should be on the lookout for good books to share and also posting any new info on here for everyone's benefit.

Great idea, sweet
